  Meet Melissa Rivers!

Join us at our Pomegranate Society & Friends event on May 9 to hear Melissa speak from the heart. She'll talk about her personal experience as a single mother, her relationship with her fabulous, famous mother Joan Rivers, and her dedication to philanthropy.

New York Times best-selling author and award-winning producer, Melissa Rivers is an entertainment journalist, equestrian, Ivy League graduate, accomplished public speaker and animal advocate. While her professional achievements are plentiful, it is her role as a [single] mother to son Cooper that is her biggest accomplishment.

  Hands-on Philanthropy Opportunities

  Bringing Hope to Homeless Families

Engagement Opportunities Last month, our Young Women visited Hope & Comfort, a Newton-based non-profit, where they helped create care packages for teenage boys and girls. Hope and Comfort provides low-income and homeless children and adults with essential personal care products to maintain and improve health and self-esteem. Throughout the year, we will continue to collect toiletries to donate to this incredible organization.

Providing toiletries to families in need is just one small piece of the anti-poverty puzzle. We all play a role in ending poverty. It starts by raising your hand. Learn more about CJP’s Anti-Poverty Initiative.
